Crystal joined our team in 2022 as a Case Manager on our Houseless Outreach team, then moved in to a role as a Discharge Planner when she earned her MSW. Now she continues her work in our Hospital Diversion Program overseeing our HARPS, CBRA, and Peer Bridger teams. Congratulations Crystal!

We are searching for a Crisis Clinician to join our co-response initiative with the Mason County Sheriff's Department!

You will be providing crisis mental health outreach directly alongside law enforcement. Your role will empower individuals in urgent need, offering mobile assessments and stabilization services in a supportive, community-centered environment.

✨ Why You Should Apply:
✅ Competitive Wage: $29.10 - $38.27 per hour, eligible for special duty pay and shift differentials.
