Carrie is incredibly grateful for the journey she has been on in co-creating and facilitating aboard Wind Therapy with Captain Dave and our other practitioners.

It is such a blessing to offer what we are passionate about. Helping others experience relaxation, reconnection, a mini vacation, and a new found awareness that the body is a vessel for our soul and needs fresh air, sunlight, grounding, expression, vibrational frequency and connection with others to stay health and happy!

We strive to provide a safe and excellent service!

Wellness is a journey. That journey is different for each individual. We always advise our participants to Let Go of expectations when sailing with us because expectations can hinder their full experience to receive exactly what is meant for each person while attending.

We are driven by our passion to provide a safe and satisfying experience aboard a 41' luxury sailboat along the Barnegat Bay.

Our "why" is what brings us as much joy as it does for you! Encouraging exciting, healthy and rejuvenating sails to help everyone to disconnect from the busyness of their day to day so they can relax and refresh!

We are a health and wellness based retreat service!

While the 2025 season is almost over, we are already discussing and preparing for 2026!! Stay tuned, consider booking early to save your spot!
