Wind Therapy Wellness Retreats 2026

We are soooo excited to have Kate join us again for 2026 as guest practitioner. We have so much fun sharing these experiences with all of you!

KATE LEWIS
Kate Lewis has been practicing yoga consistently for over 10 years. Kate immediately loved the mental peace and clarity that she gained each time she stepped onto her mat, and credits yoga as what helped get her through some of the difficult life events that she was experiencing at the time.
Because of the deep healing and personal benefits she received from yoga, Kate knew that she wanted to share this gift with others. Kate obtained her 200 hour certification with Fire Shaper in 2017 and then went on to receive her 500 hour certification with Raji Thron of Yoga Synthesis in 2018. Kate is a passionate instructor that teaches various styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Hot 26, HIIT Yoga with weights, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Gentle Restorative Yoga. Kate also became certified in Crystal Sound Bowl healing in 2022 and has added various styles of meditation to the wellness toolkit that she offers her students.

Kate encourages her students to practice self-love and acceptance while breaking through their mental barriers and challenging themselves physically. She hopes to show her students that anyone and everyone can enjoy the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits that yoga has to offer, no matter where they are at in their lives.

Kate will be providing soundbowls, meditation, gentle seated stretching for our Sunset Sails, along with receiving aromatic pampering and the welcoming guidance for the sail by Carrie. Captain Dave will offer the safety guidance, smooth sailing and fantastic conversation as well.
