Attention all mamas in all phases of life!
Are you sneezing and having urinary leakage? Does it hurt to have in*******se, or maybe experiencing chronic hip pain? Come join Dr Jill Mongiardini, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pelvic Floor Specialist, owner of Womb Wellness for an educational experience to reach optimal pelvic floor wellness. This class is aimed towards symptoms such as:

- Pain with in*******se
- Chronic hip pain
- Abdominal separation
- Bladder leakage
- Painful bowel movements
- C-section scar discomfort
- Endometriosis-related pain
- Painful periods
- Urinary urgency/frequency

We’re thrilled to announce our 6-Week Postpartum Therapy Group starting on March 10th! 🤱✨

Navigating the postpartum period can be both joyful and challenging. This group is designed to provide a safe and supportive space where you can share your experiences, seek guidance, and connect with other mothers who truly understand what you’re going through.

🗓️ When: Starting March 10th, for 6 consecutive weeks
🕒 Time: 11am-12pm
📍 Where: 949 Lacey Rd Forked River

Led by a compassionate therapist, this group will focus on emotional well-being and coping strategies. You’re not alone on this journey—we’re in this together! 💕
