Happy Thursday all! Today is my last day in the office. Unfortunately (and yet so excitedly) I have to begin my maternity leave earlier than initially planned. I have made a list of some referrals for while I am away as well as a reminder notice about my changing prices come the new year.

Thank you all for the amazing support! Can't wait to bring in a smiling bundle of joy into this world.

I am hoping to return the beginning of November part time. I will be reaching out to my clients one by one once I know for certain when I will return to start scheduling again slowly. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns while I am away, but due be patient for responses. I hope everyone enjoys the reat of summer and I hope to see you all again come the fall 😄💆🏼‍♀️💆

My planned maternity leave will begin August 21st with my last day in office on the 20th. Our little bundle of joy predicted to come August 29th. I am hoping to only be out until the end of October and return part time in November. I will keep all in the loop of any changes. Before I leave I have print outs of referrals for my time away as well as the notice of my price increases beginning 1/1/26 in writing.

Official! Bringing a bundle of joy into the world! Expected August 29th, 2025 🥰 And to celebrate? a game to give one lucky person a $75 credit on their account for a massage!!

$10 cash, venmo, zelle, or cashapp to enter in.

Will go on a 4point system. Closest for the category gets a point. Best out of 4 wins! If there is more than one person with the same guess you both get the point.
No price is right rules! Just closest guess for time, height and weight.
If there is a tie? Those two (or more) get re evaluated in order. Starting with date of birth. If the off chance a tie or draw cannot be broken with this. The names will be put into a bowl/hat whatever and be drawn by a neutral party.

Univera and highmark patients you can play too! That $75 will be added to your account to cover your copays/add ons for a few visits! 😊😊

Denied no fault cases, this game is also available for you to take a chance at! The credit goes right into your account with me.

Hi ya'll! Just a PSA. I take payments AFTER the session has ended, tips are not mandatory but greatly appreciated; therefore I find it best to collect a total payment at the end so you can decide if you want to tip or not. Not only this but sometimes life happens and you may need to cut a session short, and I am very understanding and want to charge based on the time provided thus again, paying at the end..... I will typically at the end say something such as "take your time, and I will meet you up front when you are ready"
IF I HAPPEN TO NOT BE UP FRONT please do NOT just walk out/leave. Odds are I am just grabbing the credit machine and my book to reschedule. If you are uncertain the girls up front are super kind. Although they may not work for me they certainly do help and work with me (thanks ladies) and they will offer you a seat in the waiting room or reassure you i will be just a moment. They may even come and grab me in case I don't hear you up front.
I do own my business but please be mindful that I dont own the building it's in. So the chiropractic business and I do share a front room space, but this means I may not be the immediate person you see at the desk. Again. Please just ask or sit tight for a moment so we can collect copays or any payment of the sorts.....

Thanks for your understanding and for reading. Sadly still unable to take new patients that are not already on my books (thank you to those who have been waiting 1-2+ months to finally be seen). But hope everyone has an amazing day😌😌

Happy Wednesday everyone! Hope you get to enjoy some sunshine and nice air while it lasts. I know it is only March, but I would like to give the announcement now via Facebook that beginning the new year (yes... January 1st 2026) my prices will be changing some.

New pricing will be as follows:
- 15minute cupping session $20
- 30minute cupping session $30
- 30minute massage $40
- 60minute massage $85 (NEW PRICE BEGINNING 1/1/26, currently $75)
- 90minute massage $110 (NEW PRICING BEGINNING 1/1/26, CURRENTLY $100)
- 2hour massage $155 (NEW PRICING BEGINNING 1/1/26, CURRENTLY $145)
- 3hour massage $200
- Spa package (80 minutes in length includes stones for the feet and back, and a sugar scrub on the feet) will remain $100

CBD Lotion add on will remain $5 extra, and so will sugar scrubs for the feet. Cupping therapy added onto anything an hour or more will DECREASE from $10 to $5 to add and hot stones will be DECREASING in price to add on from $10 to $5.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause anyone, this is why I would like to give ample notice. Hope everyone has a wonderous day ☺️💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

Dear Santa,
Today at the office I walked out to find an unopened thing of juice on my truck. I was quite confused at first, and pleasantly suprised.
Since there was no note left behind I can only assume it was a gift from you. So thank you. 🎅🎅

And just a PSA for all my lovely clients I will be closed for the holiday for the remainder of this week and part of next. I will return on Thursday January 2nd, 2025. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have.

Happy Sunday ya'll! Christmas is in 3 days!!! So lets give the gift of less aches and pains this season 😊 either for another or for ourselves.

Notice: I will be closed from 1pm Christmas Eve until end of the day New years day. I will be back in the office beginning Thursday January 2nd for business as usual.

Happy Thursday everyone ☺️ just a PSA as it's that time of year.
Some things to remember....

* I won't assume you aren't coming in. Please let me know if you can't make it. I understand snow varies and while one may be snowed into their driveway another may have just a couple inches.

* Drive safely. If you don't think your vehicle can make whatever conditions the roads are in, please don't risk it. Just send me a message

* If you are running behind give me a quick call or send a text

* If you don't feel good, please stay home. While I know we all enjoy a massage, (especially after shoveling) if you are sick lets not spread it. 😁

And last but not least......

Be a kid. Throw a snowball. Watch a movie and drink cocoa. Stay warm and cozy 🫶🏻
