Meet Mike - our newest trainer on the DTG team! 💥
He’s ready to bring his passion for challenge, mountain sports, and helping people discover their strength straight to our Gym Fam.
“I’m a lifelong athlete, sports lover, and competition seeker at heart. Pushing my limits has always been part of who I am, especially when it comes to overcoming fear. I used to hate heights and roller coasters - now I chase them. I live by the belief that if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.
I’ve always enjoyed working with others and helping them find their own strength. My personal training journey began after I found myself missing the crew team in college and moved to Utah to become a ski instructor. That experience sparked my passion for mountain sports and led me to earn certifications in Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, and Nutrition. Since then, I’ve fully immersed myself in the world of fitness, committed to helping others conquer their goals and discover what they’re capable of.
When I’m not training, you can find me outdoors - hiking, biking, skiing, or spending time on the lake.”
Mike’s training style puts a big emphasis on mobility, functional strength, and helping you move...and feel...better.
For a limited time, you can claim a 30-minute demo session to meet him, try his training style, and talk goals. Sessions available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays until Dec 12.
