We would like to recognize our newest Shooting Star, a nurse who truly shines every single day, Beth Esochaghi, LPN.
She is consistently level-headed, compassionate, and dedicated to providing the best care for her residents. No matter how busy the shift gets, she remains calm, kind, and focused on doing what’s right for those she cares for.
She continually goes above and beyond—not only for her residents, but for her coworkers as well. She is always willing to step in, lend a hand, and respond to whatever is needed without hesitation. Her teamwork, reliability, and genuine compassion make a difference every day.
We are so grateful to have her as part of our team. Thank you for your hard work, your caring heart, and the positive impact you make on our residents and staff.
