Get to know the owners of My Gym South OC:

Neil and Rhea started their My Gym journey in the early 2000s 😳 at My Gym Newport Beach while finishing up their degrees from UC Irvine. What started as a fun part time job turned out to be their lifelong calling.

My Gym South OC isn’t just a business to them — it’s how they can use their gifts to help shape and change the lives of thousands of children and their families. My Gym kids leave the program happier, stronger, more confident, more social.

Know that when you bring your kids to My Gym South OC, they’re being taught by an amazing team of teachers that will surround your children with love, compassion, and laughter 🐵💙

Our preschool prep registration is now open! We finally have spots available in our Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday classes! And due to overwhelming demand, we’re adding TUESDAY and THURSDAY to our schedule. We limit the number of kids in each class for the best student:teacher ratio, so spots are extremely limited 😳. Beat the long waiting list and reserve your spot ASAP. See you soon!

Two things every parent wants for their kid’s party:
1. Fun and excitement for the kids
2. No stress for the parents

We’re biased, but My Gym really does have the best birthdays. We do all the hard work, your kids have a blast, and you get to actually enjoy the birthday instead of running around like crazy doing all the prep, serving, and hosting.

We’ve done our research. We’ve been to invited to parties at other places, and are always shocked that people pay twice as much as a My Gym party and only get half of what My Gym offers 😅.
