Tips that become Gifts 🎁

Leaning into growth means willing to integrate discomfort, unfairness, and the knowing life isnt static, it is an equilibrium of light and darkness.

Growth is available after we have held space to feel and heal. From there we see life isn't about being happy rather its about integration with all life can, and has brought. Sometimes it's light and sometimes it's darkness or heaviness. The aim to make it either or is a quick slippery slope into pain and suffering whether from conceptualizing past or present day life.

Be willing to flow through it all and acknowledge the beauty within to alkaline anything and everything that comes our way to 💕 ❤️

1. Emotional Control: our face reflects our mind, so mind your thinkingnnnad processing. (Use our ARCHIE system to stay youthful)

2. Lifelong Curiosity: stay growing, evolving and expanding, it'll keep you sharp kind, sharp being.

3. FLOW: be emotionally honest and allow yourself to feel so things come tonpartninstead of you carrying it all.

4.Environment: Vibes are gain or anti aging, choose wisely.

6. Master Art of Lettign Go: soul care is skin care. Be lit up, warm and fuzzy. 🥰

Next time you are about to quantify or qualify someone's motives, or agenda remember their often can be unconscious, deeper factors than a surface level projection, that even them maybe unaware of. Let's build each other up, as much as possible.

Keep in mind more often than not we all just wamt to be seen, accepted, loved, or belong.

Connection is key 🔑 for effective communication.
