There's really no better feeling as a trainer than helping someone reach the progression that they're looking for.

I offer incredibly specific and individualized programming. During the six weeks, I'll be in contact with you on a daily basis and will be writing the program as we go, a few days at a time.

People are dynamic, goals change, schedules vary- I work within all that and take feedback incredibly seriously. I also will send informational clips on how to perform the exercises in different ways to help you find the best connection that works for you.
