This consists of newborn babies, parents in their twenties, grandparents in their fifties, great grandparents in their seventies, and great, great grandparents in their late nineties and over 100 years old. This will become the norm.

If you aren’t actively keeping your mind sharp, of course you won’t age with mental capacities you never fostered. You also can’t expect to age well if you’ve abused your body by masking symptoms with drugs until your body begins to fail you and need to be removed or replaced. If you don’t trust your body’s Innate Intelligence but instead trust, without question, your medical doctor(s) management of your health, you could easily find yourself the victim of polypharmacy.
