Ms. Chasity and her friend Noah are taking advantage of the nice weather and targeting pre-handwriting strokes while utilizing a sensory approach using sticks and dirt to work on drawing simple shapes. This friend likes to play in the dirty and get messy so we are having so much fun, while also improving our fine motor and visual motor skills.

All smiles in aquatic therapy! Our TCT friend is using the resistance of the water during aquatic therapy to provide additional proprioceptive input to his body while bouncing up and down on the platform float. Proprioceptive input plays a large role in sensory processing and regulation. While seated on the floating mat, this friend is also working on increasing core strength and balance!
