Chiropractors can relieve certain types of headaches, especially ones that involve restricted joints or tight muscles in the neck 🤕

The old myth of sleeping in your side being bad is just simply not true. Some people may find this very comfortable while not so much for others. 🛌

The risk of injury with adjustments is very low, but there are some conditions that can make them not an appropriate treatment. Always get a thorough exam before letting someone adjust you! 👨‍⚕️

Adjustments do not move bones, but they do temporarily improve your mobility - that’s how it works! 🦴

Some dry needling techniques can cause pain when done aggressively, but most should be relatively pain-free! 💉

Sports performance? Most athletes get some kind of chiropractic because they see the improvements in their game. 🏈

Good posture may provide some relief to pain, and bad posture may irritate your symptoms. But posture isn’t everything. Movement and variety in life always trumps perfect posture! 🏋️‍♂️

You don’t have to go to a chiropractor forever - rehab and sports chiropractors like us believe in getting you better and you can choose to get tune ups if you find them helpful! 🛠️

☕ Dream job: owning a cozy tea café—casual, creative, and just for fun.
🎯 Secret talent: surprisingly accurate at darts 🎯 (challenge accepted?).
🏐 Loves: volleyball, hanging out with friends, trying new recipes, and café-hopping.
👩‍🎓 Studies: Business Administration + Computer Science with goals to become a Project or Product Manager, blending tech + business.
