Bodywork isn’t magic. It’s a collaboration.

To all my clients with so called autoimmune diseases. Plz understand there is no autoimmune system in our bodies. What is actually happening is a dysfunction of the lymphatic system. Get the lymph moving, detox the whole body and watch as the system regulate! Not easy but worth the work✨️

Every technique I use, every recommendation I make, and every conversation I have with clients is rooted in things I’ve personally experienced and practiced myself. I never ask my clients to do anything I wouldn’t (and haven’t) done on my own healing journey.

✨️Blissful BodyWoRx Massage – A Clinical Truth I’ve Finally Learned to Receive✨️

For a long time in clinical massage, the belief was simple:

Where the pain is, that’s where the treatment needs to be.

Deep tissue. Trigger point therapy. Sports and athletic massage. Myofascial release.
Push through it. Break it up. Chase the pain.

And yes — those tools matter.
I’ve used them for over 20 years.

Here’s the realization:

The body doesn’t heal best when it’s bracing.
What I’ve finally been able to receive — not just know — is that when a client feels safe, centered, and regulated, the results are better. When the nervous system isn’t on guard, the body doesn’t fight the work. It receives it.

That old mentality of “no pain, no gain” misses something important.
In the body, pain often signals protection, not progress.

By working somatically — listening first, allowing depth instead of forcing it — I consistently see more lasting change. Less guarding. More release. Better outcomes.

The client always wants to receive.
