Staying hydrated in the Florida heat is SO important, even more so when it comes to seniors. Dehydration is a serious condition that can be life-threatening if left untreated. That is why Visiting Angels wants an easy reminder for clients to drink up! We will soon have a BLUE cup with a catchy slogan to make sure clients have a constant visual cue present in their home. 🎓💐 At 90 years young, Rita Victoria Hernandez just proved it’s never too late to chase your dreams!

After earning her high school diploma 73 years ago, Rita enrolled in college during the pandemic to “keep her brain alive”—and this May, she proudly graduated from Mount San Jacinto College alongside her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren cheering her on.

Her cap? Adorned with the Puerto Rican flag.
