About us...

Matt and I both grew up in Bruce, WI. We moved to Ladysmith in 2000 where we lived for 6 years before selling our house and moving to the Eau Claire area. We were both overweight, unhealthy, tired and could hardly keep up with our two boys Tyler and Brady. So, we decided to learn more about nutrition and what we had to do in order to lose weight. Thats when I came across a Nutrition Club here in Eau Claire. After losing a combined weight of 90lbs we knew we wanted to help others meet their weight loss goals just like us.

We are honored to be bringing a Pop-Up Nutrition Club to Ladysmith and someday in the near future turning it into a full-time Nutrition club!
