From our first meeting to our most recent, you have always explained exactly what you were doing and how it related to the treatment goals we set up together! You talked to me in such a polite manner the first time I came in for treatment, without driving my anxiety through the roof, getting to know about me without feeling like you were intruding so you could better work with me to have the best goals possible. A few months ago, I had about 30% use of my left arm due to frozen shoulder (thanks, menopause). I was in pain all over and stubbornly tried to push through it myself, with no success. Asking for help isn’t easy for me, but the pain was affecting my work, my free time, and even motorcycling.

Enter Wildwood Acupuncture. Kristin told me it would take about 6 weeks—and she was spot on. I’m now at 95% in that shoulder, with significantly less pain throughout my whole body. I even accepted a physical job that involves climbing and didn’t need any NSAIDs (a first in years).

I knew nothing about acupuncture going in, but I’ve always believed in the body’s ability to heal itself. Kristin helped make that happen. We are incredibly lucky to have her in our small town. If you’re on the fence—don’t be. I now recommend Wildwood (and acupuncture in general) to everyone I know.
