More than Milestones OT HI! I'm Thea an OT with 2 decades experience in children's feeding & eating I offer direct therapy as well as parent consultation.

I help parents of picky and anxious eaters gain knowledge about expanding food preferences so they can feel confident in supporting their child’s healthy eating without stress or worry. I offer curated occupational therapy services to families and children in their homes. I help parents and children thrive by supporting skills to do the activities they need and want to do, such as self regulation, developing routines for healthy eating, enhancing motor and organizational skills, and more.

The best part about being an OT and feeding therapist is that I get to use my love of baking and food to share with my clients and family! One session "dirt" pudding cake; my picky eater child turned blossoming-foodie now adds the crunch of lettuce to all sandwich-like things (+chicken in quesadilla), and my middle daughter is becoming an extraordinary fondant pro!

👉 Started Wed Jan 10th (with some spots remaining!) at the Lafayette Community Center! Classes run weekly 9:30 am - 10:15 am on Wednesdays to March 20th. I’m a mom of 3, and a pediatric occupational therapist in Lamorinda.
