Hello friends!

Today is the last day to step inside The Portal Within: A New Becoming.

Let's do a quick reality check:

Maybe it’s perimenopause.
Maybe it’s a midlife awakening (definitely not a crisis).
Maybe it was the absolute demolition that was 2025.

Whatever it is, something has shifted.

You’re done dragging unfinished energy forward.
You’re done repeating cycles that already taught you their lesson.
And you’re ready to stop bracing and start moving.

We are in the final completion phase of what 2025 asked us to surrender, and the Year of the Horse is gearing up to take off in February. This is not the moment to white-knuckle your way into the next chapter.

This is the moment to:

• complete what needs closing
• tend your nervous system
• reclaim your intuition
• and take the reins before momentum kicks in

The Portal Within is where we do that together.

Not by pushing harder, but by getting rooted, clear, and internally resourced.

This is for the woman who knows she’s moving forward whether she has all the answers or not.

For the woman who refuses to go back to self-abandonment.

For the woman ready to ride the fire horse forward with intention, not exhaustion.

Give a child a stack of blocks…
they’ll build a tower with total focus,
and then knock it over without hesitation.

Not with regret.
Not with shame.
With joy.

Because they know something we forget:

Creation and destruction belong together.

The tower wasn’t a failure, it was part of the play.

And knocking it down wasn’t loss, it was making space for something new.

But as adults, we cling.

We protect what’s familiar.
We resist the fall.
We mourn structures that were never meant to be permanent.

What if we approached life like a child with blocks?

Build fully.
Enjoy it.
And when it’s time…

Let it fall, so you can create a new version.

There’s a spiritual truth most people resist: creation requires destruction.

Not destruction as punishment, but as clearing.

Old identities dissolve.
Outdated beliefs fall away.
Structures that once supported you stop fitting.

And if you try to create something new without letting the old complete
▪️ You feel stuck
▪️ Overloaded
▪️ Heavy

Because there’s no room.

💥 Destruction isn’t the opposite of creation, it’s part of the same process.

🌿 Nature knows this.
🍂 Seasons know this.
💫 Your soul knows this.

When something breaks down, ends, or unravels…

It’s not a failure.

Often, it’s life making space
for what wants to be born next.

Let the old fall.
Trust the clearing.
Create from the open ground.

If you’re not feeling resolutiony, goal-setty, vision-boardy … you’re not broken. You’re actually right on time 😉

Here’s the part most people aren't considering.

The energetic year hasn’t completed yet.
We are still in the final clearing phase.

And the Year of the Horse does not even begin until February 🐎✨

So if you’re feeling reflective instead of motivated,
tender instead of fired up,

That’s not resistance.
That’s the call for completion.

Before we create a new story, we have to finish the last chapter.

That’s why The Portal Within: Your New Becoming begins January 20th.

We are not rushing into “what’s next.”
We are tending to what’s closing, with support, intuition, and community.

We’ll begin with:

The spiritual path isn’t a straight line: it’s a spiral.

We move through phases:
First awareness and surviving in the physical world.
Then questioning: is there more?
Then finding answers that actually resonate inside us.
And eventually… living in flow of body, spirit, and life all seamlessly living within us.

But here’s the thing no one tells you:

You don’t stay in one phase forever.

Life happens.
Crisis hits.
You loop back into survival mode.

And it can feel like you’ve failed…
or gone backwards…

You haven’t.

You’re just starting the next level.

Same lessons, deeper wisdom.
Same path, higher perspective.

If things feel hard again, confusing again, unfamiliar again…

That’s not a sign to quit.
It’s a sign you’ve leveled up.

So no, you’re not behind.

You’re evolving.

I just taught my last class of 2025 and I am SO grateful for the work I get to do in this world. This class in particular is near and dear to my heart as it’s a new program I created as a potent compilation of all the other learnings and teachings I have done over the years. I am excited to bring this Creative Ring technique out into the world made available to all types of healers and practitioners in 2026 (➡️ check out the link in my bio if you’d like to learn more!)✨

More than anything, I want to say thank you to every person who I have the honor to support on their journey - and to those that support me! We are all in this one big brutiful life together. I am so grateful, and I love you.♥️

Let’s talk about the vibration of amusement.

Amusement is a surprisingly high frequency and here’s why it’s powerful:

Nothing sticks to it.

This doesn’t mean painful or hard things are “funny.”
We’re not laughing at our wounds or minimizing what happened.

Amusement isn’t mockery.
It’s spaciousness.

When you hold a gentle sense of curiosity or lightness, a soft “oh… interesting” energy, it's just a feeling you can hold in your space to help ....

Rigid patterns loosen.
Stuck emotions soften.
Old stories lose their grip.

Heavy energy can’t cling
when you’re not gripping it back.

Amusement creates movement without force.
It helps healing happen without pushing.

So when something feels stuck, tight, or repetitive …

Try adding a touch of amusement, not to bypass,
but to give the system room to breathe.

Lightness and amusement doesn’t deny depth.
It makes depth easier to move through, and release what weighs us down!

Tonight is the NIGHT!

This year asked for more release than most of us expected. Not just letting go, but finishing things at a soul level.

Tonight we gather to consciously complete the fire this year led us through.
To acknowledge what ended.
To seal karmic cycles.
To create space for what’s next.

This is not a passive experience.
It’s an intentional energetic closing.

If this year moved you, stretched you, or stripped things away, you belong in this space.

Avoiding the pain of completions and endings comes at a cost.

When we don’t allow ourselves to feel the grief…
the anger…
the disappointment…
of what’s ending…

those emotions don’t disappear.

They get stored.

Old beliefs.
Unfinished stories.
Outdated programs.

And over time, what isn’t felt emotionally
often shows up physically.

Tension becomes pain.
Pressure becomes illness.
Suppression becomes the body asking for attention.

This isn’t punishment —
it’s communication.

The body speaks when the soul hasn’t been heard.

And here’s the empowering part:

When you stop avoiding the inner work…
when you let yourself feel, process, and complete…

The body often doesn’t need to carry it anymore.

Pain softens.
Symptoms shift.
Energy returns.

Healing isn’t about forcing relief, it’s about finishing what was left unfinished.

Endings don’t break us. They free us, when we let them.
