Many of you already know and love him (The Yoga Garden hint hint). For those who haven’t had the chance—you’re in for something truly special.

Jarrod is a ERYT-500 Viniyoga Instructor with over a decade of experience in adaptive, breath-centered yoga, sound healing, and spiritual study. His approach is gentle, inclusive, and deeply rooted in tradition—bringing you into your breath, your body, your heart, and your Spirit.

Today is International Day of Yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️✨
And I want to share a piece of my heart…

When I found yoga 12 years ago, I was lost in grief, anxiety, and depression, unsure of who I was or where I was headed.

But truly... yoga found me.
And through the breath, the stillness, the movement… I found me.

This practice has not only changed me, it has saved my life. And I’ve witnessed it save the lives of so many others I love.

Yoga is not about trends or flexibility or aesthetics.
It’s a sacred return to the truth of who we are.

🌀 Your mat is your prayer.
🌀 Your breath is your medicine.
🌀 Your body is your teacher.
🌀 Your stillness is your sanctuary.

I believe this practice is for every body- every shape, every background, every story.
That’s the vision behind what we offer at Ascend Wellness. And it’s the foundation of what we’re building with the Ascend Yoga & Music Festival.
