Happy New Year everyone ✨️
If you are wanting to gradually get back to moving more in the new year, walking can be a great option. It is highly recommended for your overall physical and mental health.
So what happens when you try to go for a 15 minute walk and regret it??
It's not great to pound the pavement if you are in pain or having other symptoms during or after your short walks.
Our bodies tend to compensate from pain, stiffness, old injuries, poor postures, poor shoe choices, previous chemo and/or radiation treatments, and weaknesses or instability throughout the body.
