The answer in MANY Indiana counties is… YES. 👏

This map compares January 2026 vs. January 2025 and shows where median mortgage payments have decreased (based on a median-priced home with 10% down).

And here’s what that means 👇

✅ Buyers – Affordability is improving in many areas. That creates opportunity, negotiating power, and more options.
✅ Sellers – When affordability improves, buyer activity follows. But pricing strategically from day ONE is still everything.

The market isn’t crashing.
It isn’t exploding.
