We’re just 16 days into the new year, and the numbers are already telling a story here in White County:

• 7 residential sales

While it may be cold outside, the market is already warming up for 2026 🔥

🏡 For buyers:
There’s a healthy amount of inventory to choose from, which means options and room for favorable negotiations.

🏷️ For sellers:
Homes that are priced competitively from day one are selling in about half the time of homes priced too aggressively. The takeaway? With the right, realistic pricing strategy, homes are selling.

The market is moving - and opportunity exists on both sides when you have a solid plan.
