Muffin Tin Dinner!

We needed to use up some leftovers, so my girls helped put them in a muffin tin and ate a bunch along the way.

My littlest one (almost 2 years old) has been battling dinner times. She cries/tantrums for 15 minutes before finally deciding to eat. It has been stressful! So I decided to switch it up and it worked so well - no tears and full tummies!

Why does this work?
- small portions are more approachable
- novelty! This can help with power struggles
- kids are more likely to eat when they help prep the food (this was an easy one for them to help with)
- it's fun!
