Clear communication is more important than good strategy.

That might sound counterintuitive — especially in leadership, where we spend so much time building plans, frameworks, and processes.

But here’s the reality:

A brilliant strategy that no one understands…
A plan that isn’t clearly explained…
A vision that isn’t consistently reinforced…

…will always underperform compared to a simple strategy that is clearly communicated.

Because people don’t execute what they don’t understand.

Clear communication creates:
