Job Title: Certified Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time – Experience in Adult Anxiety Preferred)
Location: 1417 Moss Street Lafayette, LA 70501
Employment Type: Part-Time (1–2 Days per Week)
Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled healthcare provider to join our family practice team, caring for both adults and children in a primary care setting. This is a part-time position (1–2 days per week).

While this is a general family practice role, we are specifically looking for someone with experience in treating anxiety in adults. Expertise in this area is a strong plus and will be a central part of your patient panel.

Note on Scheduling & Patient Volume:
This role is part-time by design. The only potential for full-time expansion would be if the clinician is comfortable seeing 40–60 patients per day. If the provider prefers or is only able to manage 20–30 patients per day, the role will remain part-time.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for children, adolescents, and adults

-Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic physical -and behavioral health conditions

Focus on the treatment and management of adult anxiety disorders (e.g., generalized anxiety, panic disorder, etc.)

-Work collaboratively with Windi Sullivan, FNP to deliver integrated, high-quality care

-Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record system

-Participate in a team-based, patient-focused care model

Qualifications:
Licensed or license-eligible in Louisiana as a [MD, DO, NP, PA – customize as needed]

-Experience in managing anxiety in adult and pediatric patients (Mainly adults)

-Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment

-Commitment to patient-centered family care across the lifespan
