Personal Training. One of the many hats I wear. ๐Ÿคน๐Ÿ’—

I can completely understand the benefits of in-person training.

On the other hand, I can totally see the benefits of training online!

You get the convenience of workout in your own space.

This session was done over Zoom.

I work with the equipment you have (or don't have) and make sure you understand what to expect and do.

I demonstrate and then observe you as you move, providing tips, encouragement, and support.

If you struggle, I help modify, push through, or adapt.

I love helping people figure it out! Let's do this!

Why I love what I do!

This video just grazes the surface.

It's my reminder on the days that I question or doubt myself. I sometimes find myself wondering if I made the right choice when switching my life around to chase this new dream of having my own business as a fitness professional.

Then I take a step back and think of all of the amazing humans I've met and worked with over the last 4 years. It's not always easy....but y'all make it so worth it!

Did you know that I help women dealing with mobility issues, joint pain, and excess weight? Iโ€™m about to test out a brand-new program that I could use your help with!

I will need a few people to help me test out the program. You don't have to fit the criteria of a "woman with excess weight, joint pain, OR mobility" issues to try out this program. As a thank you, Iโ€™ll be offering it at an absolute steal!

Weโ€™ll be working very closely together and the best part, it's delivered online, which means you can do this anywhere and in your own time, all with the same support I offer my in-person clients.

It can help you bring focus to your mind instead of letting it run restlessly, which in turn can help you wind down for bed. It can help you release stress and negative energy. ๐ŸŒŸ

That's totally okay! Maybe some parts will resonate with you and help. Some might not. That's just us being human. The goal is to take time for yourself before bed in an effort to get a more restful sleep.

Sometimes stress is a MAJOR reason we can't fall asleep at night. Our adrenaline is pumping, thoughts are spinning, and there's simply too much to process.

Stress can play a HUGE part in our overall health. It might be stopping you from losing weight, from sleeping well, from enjoying life, and on and on....

Here are some ways to help combat stress to help ease your mind and hopefully help you sleep better at night!
