I'm a Reiki Master/Teacher and certified Viniyoga instructor. I came to Reiki and Yoga as a Corporate Marketing Manager looking for an alternative to heal severe neuropathy. But soon discovered both practices as a complete system to support my spiritual awakening. These practices have inspired me to shift my focus inward, find my soul’s purpose, and my true self. My heart’s work is empowering you

to heal yourself using energy, and teaching you that you’re more than your physical body. I work with private clients, lead group events, teach, and own a tiny crystal shop in Walnut Creek, CA. As Masters, they learned that Reiki can guide them to your perfect plan of what truly makes them happy. help them follow it, and trust it. As they continue to raise their level of awareness, they'll remember themselves and what they're here to do.

To help raise awareness about vertigo, I’m sharing my personal experience with you. I’ve investigated my own symptoms through a physical, emotional and spiritual lens. My hope is that you can mine a gem or two from my journey. The cause is still a mystery, but thankfully I’ve managed to avoid any vertigo spells for over a year.

Since 2023, I’ve been experiencing debilitating periods of vertigo. I sit up in bed in the morning and the entire room begins to spin to the point of making me feel like I’m going to vomit. For about a week afterwards, any sudden movements or turning my head would spur on the same sensations.

After experiencing periods of vertigo on a few different occasions, I learned a basic treatment protocol that reduced the number of occurrences, length of time and severity of the symptoms...

Today is a time of equal night and day and the beginning of Spring or Autumn, depending on which hemisphere of the world you live in.

With the energy of the planet alive and awakened, it's our invitation to replenish our own energy centers of the body and send our thoughts and intentions out into the Universe for creation.

🌷Slow down. Take a breath or a day off to appreciate the moment, reconnect with your soul, and Mother Nature.

🌷Clear away the clutter. In your mind by doing something your soul is craving right now. Cancel one thing on your calendar. Clean up clutter in your environment.

🌷Try something new. A new route home from work, a new way of exercising or a new outfit.

🌷Let go of something old. Release one thing that causes you frustration or stress. An old habit or an item that has old energy attached to it.

This opportunity is a gift, so receive it!

👉🏼 Making this world a better place to be begins with you. And Reiki 1 training is all about helping you stay focused, calm and connected within.

Now more than ever, it's important to stay aware–of what's happening in the moment, in your body, in your mind and in your energy. Fully engaging with your current experiences brings your energy back from dwelling in the past or worrying about the future. Staying present provides an opportunity to make better choices, and inspires others to do the same.

Reiki is a simple way to pull your energy from what's going on outside of you, to what's going on inside of you. This state instills relaxation, which is the gateway to all healing.

Happy 2025! I’ve missed you as I’ve taken a break from socials, enjoyed some rest, reflection and intention-setting this winter. I also moved into my new healing sanctuary (more on that to come).

For the past 5 years, I’ve participated in a New Year’s ritual. I write my future self a letter and give it to a friend to mail back to me by December 31st. Opening the letter as another year is about to unfold is always full of surprises.

What 2024’s challenges have taught you?
What you’d like to celebrate?

Hope these questions inspire reflections and intentions. It’s not too late. After all, clarity clears the way for manifestation.
