He is survived by his wife, Donna J. Groeber; his mother, Violet M. Cook; his daughter, Nicole E. Tieken (Casey) of Owensville; daughter-in-law, Rachel A. Groeber of Lafayette; sisters, Beverly K. Williams (Jimmy) of Terre Haute and Vicki L. Strohm (Joe) of St. Louis, Missouri; three grandchildren, Olivia A. Groeber, Kolt A. Davids, and Matthew K. Davids; and one great-grandchild, Kinsley J. Davids; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Frank is survived by his wife of 69 years, Phyllis and their five children; Jeff (Michelle) Storms of Romney, Keith (Julie) Storms of Romney, Kevin (Andra) Storms of Darlington, Roger (Tanya) Storms of Lafayette and Kathy (Monty) Korte of Zionsville: grandchildren, Katelyn (Sean) Rizer, Katrina Storms, Trevor (Chloie) Storms, Taylor Storms, Colby Storms, Jarrod Storms, Sarah Storms, Samantha (Stephen) Sells, Spencer (Emily) Storms, Emma (Jack) Kellison, Jack Korte, Tess Korte: great grandchildren, Cain, Penn, Trae and Reid Storms, Lux and Estie Kirby, Duke and Pierce Rizer, Beau, Gracie and Archie Sells. Frank is also survived by his brother Joe (Patricia) Storms and his sister Judy (Kenny) Bridwell.
