At MAGNOLIA'S HOME CARE our purpose is to keep families together promoting unity, independence of the family in problem solving and maintenance of the family as the primary responsible care taker. To determine if barriers to home placement for persons with disabilities can be eliminated through financial assistance for purchase of services, special equipment and supplies. To allow persons with dis
abilities to remain in or return to family setting as an alternative to placement in a more restrictive setting. To link families with existing support services and to supplement those services where necessary. To allow persons with disabilities to remain independent at the same time helping with everyday simple functions.The program consist of each participant being assessed and receiving daily services such as; grooming, bathing, dressing, ambulation, light housing keeping, medication reminder, companionship and more depending on their chosen program and/or assessment.
