Curious about how flower essences can support you? Join Rachel next week for a workshop about using flower essences for transitions.

A flower essence is a subtle energetic medicine that works on the emotional body. As humans, we are constantly changing and crossing new thresholds. Whether these transitions are life altering or subtle shifts, they can jostle, disrupt, or cause chaos to our nervous systems. Throughout this class, we will be discussing how we can support our bodies through times of change with the help of flower essences. Transitions can include but are not limited to career changes, moving, the death of a loved one, the changing of seasons, entering parenthood, menopause, etc. Whether you’d like to support yourself amidst a transition or someone you love, this class is for you!
