As the seasons shift, we are reminded of the importance of grounding, gathering, and tending to ourselves. Ayurveda teaches us that balance is found in the simplest of practices - breath, movement, nourishment, and connection.
Since September, I’ve been studying full-time at The Ayurvedic Institute, a longtime dream come true. Learning directly from Dr. Lad and some of the most incredible teachers in Ayurveda, yoga philosophy, and holistic healing has been beyond inspiring. I just got back from spending five weeks in Asheville, NC immersed in this wisdom, and while I have almost two more years to go, my heart is so full and I need to share it with you!

Why does this graphic make me laugh so hard? 😆

Y’all, I am a one woman show, which means that I am the marketing director + graphic designer - although I had some help with this amazing background graphic - I just added the silly pic on top because I just found out how to erase backgrounds on Canva so I want to erase ALL. THE. BACKGROUNDS!

Excited to be a featured artist at Bindery Artist Studios for the downtown Gallery Walk Lafayette this Friday!

My exhibit, The Art of Intentional Living is an exploration of living a life with more intention. From the way you spend your precious minutes to the way you share your resources. In this exhibit there will be various artists, designers, healers + more who are vital to our community and who, through their work, invite you into the Art of Intentional Living.

Y’all, I can’t believe it but this vision I have had for 2years, to create a space for visionaries, artists, designers, healers to come together to share their offerings to our is finally coming to fruition ✨.
Not at all in the way that I originally envisioned - and of course, it’s even better than I could have imagined!
That’s how MAGICK works 🖤✨

Our Grand Opening weekend for is May 19-21st, timed with the gallery walk.

This is our first gallery walk since before the pandemic and I’m honored to be the featured artist at the with my exhibit, The Art of Intentional Living;

Sunday is a day full of Healing Arts with yoga, sound bath, Tea ceremony, breath work and more from incredible healers + facilitators in our community.

Proceeds from the show, will go to 🙏🏼

Y’all, it’s going to be so so good - and we would all love to see you down there to join us in this exploration of coming home, closer to Self, through intentional movements - one step at a time .
