What an incredible Employee Appreciation Week! 🎉

Last week, we spent the week celebrating our awesome team with themed days to relax, connect, compete, and eat — and we made the most of every moment!

We kicked things off with a Relaxation Day, where our team got to unwind and recharge. A huge shoutout to Unravel Massage Therapy for providing in-office massages — the perfect way to set the tone for a week of appreciation! 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

Midweek, the energy ramped up for our Field Day full of friendly competition, riddles, and team challenges that brought out our creativity, collaboration, and plenty of laughs. 🏆

We rounded out the fun with delicious eats — from a day packed with sweet treats 🍪 to a “Fuel Up” day featuring a build-your-own trail mix, baked potato, and salad bar. 🥗

We’re so grateful for the incredible people who make our workplace thrive each and every day. 💙

We’ve been quiet on social, but busy learning and making memories in real life.

The first two months of 2026 have been full of growth, new skills, and meaningful moments with friends. 🤝

January's focus on health and wellness had us trying new activities and celebrating small steps toward healthier habits. 💪 🥗 February's focus on love and kindess was extra special with Valentine's Day and Mardi Gras celebrations adding extra joy and connection. 💕🎭

Rooted in Values, Growing Together 🌿

This quarter's team training focused on reinforcement and schedules of reinforcement, and on something even deeper—our values. We reflected on how each of us brings our values into the team, created ground rules for showing up together, and ended the day by crafting vision boards for the year ahead.

Each team member showed incredible dedication to growth and to living our values in the work we do every day.

As 2025 comes to a close, we're reflecting on the joy we shared together this holiday season. From our very first Family Feast to our annual holiday party, each gathering was a reminder of what makes our Summit community so special.

Our clients, caregivers, and team came together to enjoy good food, share in festive activities, and make memories that will last beyond 2025. Our clients absolutely rocked their holiday production with festive outfits, joyful holiday jingles, and so many proud smiles in the crowd.

One of the highlights of the season was our Secret Santa, where clients wrapped and exchanged gifts with friends and filled the room with genuine excitement at every unwrapped surprise. Moments like these reflect what the holidays mean to us—being present with one another, giving thoughtfully, and sharing in each other’s joy.

We are deeply grateful for our clients, caregivers, and team, and for the memories made together during the 2025 holiday season. We look forward to continuing this meaningful work together in the new year.
