Last week, we were able celebrate two incredible members of our team as they embark on exciting new chapters! ๐Ÿ’™

Weโ€™re all cheering on Anna, who is leaving to pursue a PhD in School Psychology. We can't wait to see the amazing impact she'll make in the world of education and beyond!

Weโ€™re also sending our love and best wishes to Natalie, who is preparing for the beautiful journey of motherhood. Her kindness radiates to those around her, and we know she will be an amazing mom!

This quarter's Team Training Day was a true reflection of our commitment to growthโ€”for ourselves, for our clients, and for each other. We dove deep into essential topics that strengthen our practice and elevate the care we provide:

What role/responsibility of your position are you most passionate about?
โ€œAs an RBT, I enjoy pairing and building rapport by playing with our clients, stimming with them, and simply being a part of their world. I love being a safe space for them as we live in a society that may judge them for being different.โ€ ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’–

What is a favorite Summit memory?
โ€œMy favorite memory is sitting outside having a party for one of our clients on his last day. Before he left he grabbed my hand and sang โ€˜No Oneโ€™ by Alicia Keys, which was his favorite song to sing with me.โ€ ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ’ฌ

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
