We are happy to welcome Saray to our family! Saray is a mental health counselor with experience with patients of ALL ages. She will be joining our existing team in providing integrated mental health care within our primary care setting. Saray has experience in acute care settings, crisis intervention, residential treatment and outpatient therapy. She is excited to join our team and provide mental health care to our patient population.

Saray has immediate availability and will be in the office Wednesday through Saturday. Yes, Saturday hours!

Now accepting new Medicare patients!

We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting all forms of Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans for new patients. We know finding quality providers who take Medicare can be challenging. This is why we are expanding access to our clinic by accepting these insurances. If you have a loved one who is in these plans, please let them know we would be happy to see them.
