It’s and check out this treatment that we have for you! 🫵​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.

If you’re someone who has pain where their b***y meets their low back and on one side more than the other, then a SI Belt may be just what you need!


A SI Belt provides support to the ligaments of the sacroiliac joint to reduce stress on this area and allow for the joints to heal by dispersing the forces differently. This will decrease pain and allow for you to continue your training (maybe with a few modifications). Since this belt sits lower than a typical lumbar support belt, your back muscles will not atrophy or weaken.


Now… this belt is wonderful! Don’t get us wrong, BUT… you have to still address the underlying reason as to WHY this joint dysfunction is occurring!
