I think Dr Weil is a wealth of information. He states that he found that the supplement l- theanine does not work for him.
I will say if you get the Suntheanine version, it's a game changer for resilience and anxiety management !
It's one of my top recommendations!

Let’s be clear about the current best outcomes in preventing and reversing cognitive decline.

Reelin keeps popping up in brains that resist aging and Alzheimer’s.
