As the holidays approach, let’s remember we all have permission to do these things.

Going to share tips for navigating grief during the holidays over the next coming weeks.

It’s November. That means people around you and advertisements are beginning to reference the upcoming holiday season. Oh no. They may be asking you what your plans are. They may invite you to holiday celebrations. How can you respond when you don’t even know how you will be feeling in an hour let alone later this month.
Many of you have been dreading this time. This is such a difficult time for many grievers.

Will be sharing different ideas for grievers to help them cope with the holiday season. So many grievers share with me that they wish they could go to sleep in November and wake up January 2nd when many of the holidays are over.
