Daniel Frugé, a fellowship-trained interventional pain medicine specialist who is board certified in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. Dr. Frugé will begin seeing patients in our Lafayette clinics in October 2025.

Dr. Frugé will offer advanced, minimally invasive treatments for spine pain — including epidural injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulation, and more. We’re excited to expand our team of dedicated spine specialists and continue providing the highest level of care.

A native of Sunset, Louisiana, Dr. Frugé is committed to helping patients in our community restore function, relieve pain, and return to the life they love.

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Rikki Bourque, Scheduling Supervisor

Rikki has been part of LOS since 2014, exploring different roles within the organization. She started her career at the front desk, and quickly discovered she loved the pace and challenge of the role. Her continued curiosity about the administrative side of healthcare led her to ask questions, learn new skills, and grow into the position she holds today as Scheduling Supervisor!

Rikki has enjoyed the recent, company-wide Epic implementation and the efficiencies it will continue to bring to our staff and patients.

Outside of work, Rikki enjoys shopping, spending time with her family, and spending time on the water. She loves karaoke and has quite the home farm with a fainting goat named Hank, two other goats, 22 chickens, and 5 ducks. 🐐🐓🦆
