Uganda Malaria and Health Care Project While exploring Uganda, East Africa, we became aware of the need of health-care workers in sub-Saharan Africa.

Troubled by what we saw, we decided to invest our time and skills in Africa. Contacting hospitals in Uganda, we were asked by the staff at the Kisiizi Hospital to come and work with them. While lending our skills for a month in 2005, we became intimately aware of the problems that they were facing. Leading us to co-found the Uganda Malaria and Healthcare Project, in a hope to help provide assistance to those in need.
