As I’m home recovering from my infusion, I processed some beef bones for a very good friend. She ended up getting 2 gallons of bones suitable for bone meal, 1 quart of sinew (great for dog food add ins), 3 pints of tallow and 12 quarts of beef bone broth portioned into recipe sizes. 1 cup, 2 cup, 3 cup, 4 cup, 5 cup, and 6 cup increments.

Peter said you’re supposed to be resting and then this man who truly knows me, paused and said you’re doing this because you have to feel useful. I smiled and said you know it💜

After 48 hours of continuous boil, the beef bones will turn to mush on the inside. You can easily then take these bones and crush them with a mallet to turn into fertilizer for your garden, or bonemeal to add to your chicken feed.

I ended up with 3 pints of golden beef tallow and 12 quarts of beef bone broth.

Start to finish. I did a 48 hour beef bone broth. It is such a beautiful milky white. When you start with quality ingredients, you always get a quality product.
