Leanne Johnson is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds a BSc. in Nutrition and Food Science. She is also a wife, mother of two, an actor and independent filmmaker. Leanne enjoys roller skating, playing the guitar, and of course, coffee .

She is excited to speak about dodging the trap of comparison by balancing personal fitness with a busy schedule and choosing healthy eating habits amidst an infinite number of diet trends.

Leanne Johnson CPT is a NASM National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta in Nutrition and Food Science. Graduating top of class in Dietetics and with years of training in behavioral counseling and health psychology my approach to fitness and nutrition is personalized, collaborative, challenging, and sustainable. I'm currently working towards a Corrective Exercise Specialization for clients with injuries, athletes seeking to improve performance, and senior citizens aiming to enhance balance and strength! A beautiful day to train outside! I had to bring the girls today and must admit I have THE best, most dedicated clients. It's also safe to say that most have become friends and like family. To me, personal training is more than just helping an individual better their physical health but an opportunity to grow in an encouraging and supportive relationship to improve their overall quality of life. I am thankful for these moments and the privledge it is to use my education, experiences, and gifts to help others achieve and maintain their goals.
