"I do not see a lot of reviews by men so I thought it only fair I added my "two cents". This will probably be a bit long, but I feel well worth the read. I am healthy " by most accounts" older person. I very seldom ever saw my primary doctor as I never had any issues. A few years ago I visited my primary and they realized I had not had blood work done for SEVERAL years. At that time my blood pressure was around 159/ 84 and my A1C was 10.7.

They immediately wanted to put me on metformin. I am a firm believer in a more homeopathic approach and said nope! I was able to bring my A1C down in 3 months by simply changing my diet and more exercise. Then came covid....in the hospital 3 different times, my weight went from 240 to 185, need I say more? I slowly gained my weight back along with blood pressure and A1C.

My primary, upon my request scripted Ozympic and I tried it. Worst side effects EVER! St this point in my life, my daughter suggested Dr. Kochert, as she was using Dr. Kochert for some other issues.

I must say, WOW! They took the time and asked many questions, suggested many things and LISTENED to my concerns. I have been on a semiglutide regime, lost 40 lbs, my A1C is 5.4 and blood pressure is at 135/82 regularly. I have had very little if any side affects and have completely changed my eating habits.

As with anything, the patient has to be a part of the process as well in order to be successful. I find Dr Kochert as well.as her staff to be attentive, friendly and very helpful." - David K.
