Please help us welcome Grace Dufrene, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-C to our clinic family! 💙

Grace will begin seeing patients of all ages on February 9, 2026, at St. Martinville Maternal & Child and Adult Clinic, located at 1119 N Main St, St. Martinville, LA.

✨ About Grace Dufrene:
Grace is dual certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, her Master of Nursing from Nicholls State University, and her Post-Master’s Certificate as a PMHNP from McNeese State University. She is currently working toward her Doctorate of Nursing at McNeese State University.

Grace’s clinical focus includes medication management for common psychiatric conditions, including but not limited to:
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Mood disorders
• ADHD

Today will be Crystal Broussard's last official day providing care at the Lafayette-Maurice Location. She will be providing care at the Kaplan location Kaplan Family Care Clinic! You can still contact her at the 337-345-8411 number however please try to begin using the 337-285-6139 number as the other number will eventually be unavailable. There will be a new adult provider taking over this location within the next couple of months if you do not wish to follow her to Kaplan you do have the option of staying here if you’d like.

Pediatric & Maternal Provider: Ladaja Allen MSPAS, PA-C
Pediatric & Maternal Clinic will be accepting new patients starting in the New Year January 2025‼️ Be on the look out for further updates on when you can call to schedule an appointment for your little ones &/or if you’re in need of a Maternal provider🤰
