Gather and Grow Therapy Services

Gather and Grow Therapy Services Holistic therapy for people with autism, ADHD, & neurodivergence of all ages. SLP, OT, Mental Health.

Our Sensory Gym is now open for use. This space supports regulation through movement for children, teens, and adults, with tools intentionally selected to support bodies across ages and stages.

While our clients have been enjoying this space throughout the past month, we’re excited to begin sharing it more broadly with families and the community. The sensory gym supports services across Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Behavioral Health as part of individualized, regulation-focused care.

We believe access to regulation-focused therapy matters at every age, and we welcome the community to share this resource with those who may benefit.

We had such a great time at the Steps Neurodiversity Expo today! It was a joy meeting new families in our community, fostering connection and togetherness, and connecting with other amazing organizations we hope to collaborate with to support families at Gather & Grow.

We can’t wait to welcome some of the incredible people we met today to our new office in Broomfield!

A huge thank you to everyone who worked so hard to organize the Expo and create such an engaging, meaningful day for our community.

And a special thank you to our incredible Gather & Grow team for spending their weekend here with us — we couldn’t do this without you!

Camp Announcement!

We’re excited to share details about one of our most established programs — this year we leveled up the name and are calling it—-Expedition Summer Camp! New name but still celebrating our 6th year supporting neurodivergent teens.

Designed specifically for teens ages 15–17, Expedition Camp blends high-adventure experiences like rafting, climbing, and camping with embedded Occupational and Speech Therapy support. This is a carefully structured, high-support environment that goes beyond the therapy room and beyond traditional camp — helping teens build confidence, independence, and connection through real-world experiences.

This camp has been thoughtfully refined over six years to meet the unique needs of neurodivergent teens who benefit from:
• skilled therapeutic support
• clear structure and predictability
• small groups and individualized attention
• meaningful challenge paired with safety and trust

🗓 July 20–24, 2026
(Mon–Tues day camp | Wed–Fri overnight)

✨ We intentionally keep our camps small to provide a personalized, high-support experience. Spots are limited — don’t wait to reserve yours!

If you’re exploring whether this is the right fit for your teen, we’re happy to talk through details, funding questions, and next steps.

Our 1/2 Day Camp is designed for those who struggle at traditional camps.

If summer camp has been hard for your child in the past, you’re not alone.

Many neurodivergent kids want to join in—but large groups, noise, uneducated adults, and unmet regulation needs can make traditional camps overwhelming.

That’s why we created our Regulation & Play-Based Summer Camp.

This camp is built for kids who need a little more support to feel successful—without taking the fun out of summer.

✔ Small groups
✔ Predictable routines
✔ Professional OT and Speech Therapists present to support regulation and social moments in real time
✔ Games, crafts, movement, and themed days

Skills aren’t taught at a table—they’re practiced naturally through play, connection, and positive experiences with peers.

This is the first camp in our summer camp series. Check the comment section for info on how to reserve your spot!!

More camp options will be shared this week-stay tuned!!

CALLING ALL MIDDLE
SCHOOLERS!!

Fun, Strategy, and Living the Goals: Middle School Board Game Night!!

We know that "learning" a communication strategy in a therapy session is one thing—but living those goals in the middle of a high-stakes board game with friends is where the magic really happens.

At Gather + Grow, we’re opening up a Real-World Game Night for middle schoolers. It’s a low-pressure, high-fun evening where kids can be their authentic selves while getting the professional support they need to navigate social dynamics with confidence.

This is more than just a game night: While the dice are rolling and laughs are happening, our licensed SLP is right there in the mix, providing gentle, real-time mentorship. This is a unique space for your child to:

1. Practice Individual Goals: Whether it’s self-advocacy, flexible thinking, or emotional regulation, we support their therapy goals exactly when they matter most—in the heat of the game!

2. Ditch the Mask: We don't do "social skills training." We focus on authentic connection and helping kids honor their own communication style.

3. Build Confidence: A supportive environment to take social risks, resolve conflicts, and find "their people" without the pressure of being "perfect."

4.Experience Success: Moving from "talking about it" to "doing it" in a natural, affirming social setting.

Give your middle schooler a chance to bridge the gap between therapy and real-world connection.
