This patient in their early 20s from Duson, Louisiana came to see Dr. Duplechain with concerns about both excess breast tissue and unevenness in his chest. To create a smoother, more masculine contour, Dr. Duplechain performed a male breast reduction (gynecomastia correction) and used fat transfer to restore volume to areas of depression left from previous surgery.
