Today we’re celebrating National Pharmacist Day 💊💜
We are so grateful for our partnership with Purdue University School of Pharmacy. Dr. Carol Ott and her students have made an incredible impact on Gateway to Hope since Gateway's very start. Through this partnership, P4 students complete part of their clinical hours with Gateway to Hope; bringing real-world experience, compassion and public health into harm reduction.

🚨 Indiana is on the verge of losing life-saving programs. 🚨 Without action from state legislators, syringe exchange programs could be shut down July 2026. That would mean fewer tools to prevent HIV and Hep C, fewer connections to care and more preventable harm in our communities.
These programs aren’t controversial; they’re proven boots-on-the-ground public health. They keep people alive, reduce disease, and save millions of taxpayer dollars every year.
