Arthritis isn’t just “getting old”—it’s a slow wear-and-tear process as cartilage breaks down over time 🦴

🐾 Doggy Day Out Program🐾

Want to give a shelter pup a break from the kennel while enjoying some quality time together? Our Doggy Day Out program makes it easy!

How it works:

Apply in person or online (You do not have to wait to hear back from anyone!!)
Bring a valid driver’s license
Read & sign our rulebook
Choose one of our Doggy Day Out–approved dogs
Sign them out & grab a Doggy Day Out bag full of supplies

Dogs can head out between 12 PM – 5 PM, Tuesday through Sunday.

Whether it’s a walk in the park, a pup cup run, or just some couch cuddles, your outing helps our dogs relax, have fun, and show off their true personalities outside the shelter!
