My name is Gaye Smart. I am a certified, state licensed Reflexologist. I began my studies in 2000, with the International Institute of Reflexology. There are over 7,200 nerve endings in the feet and hands that go to every part of the body. Applying pressure to these reflex points (on the hands and feet) increases nerve and blood supply. This helps the body bring back balance and also promotes natu
