Do you truly value yourself—just for being you, not for what you own or achieve?

If you’ve struggled with low self-esteem, ask yourself: Who benefits when you stay small? Whose life gets easier if you keep doubting your worth?

You are valuable simply because you exist. Maybe it’s time to reclaim that truth. 💛

When you’re feeling down, try tuning in to your body—notice the sensations, let go of those “balloons” of worry, and feel the freedom that follows.

Sometimes, a shower and mindful breakfast can shift everything. 🌤️

Some days, grief feels fresh—my mom just passed, and my husband’s third year anniversary is near.

But I want you to know: it does get lighter.

Whether your loss is recent or years old, it’s possible to move through it.

The pain changes, and little by little, the days get easier. If you’re in a wave of grief, you’re not alone—and there is hope ahead. 💛

Holding my mother's hand in her final days... All the years of blame and "if onlys" dissolve into this truth: She did the best she could with what she knew.

And if I can forgive her imperfect humanity, maybe I can forgive mine too.

Your body holds every story of hurt, every moment you weren't "enough", every time you fell short of your own expectations. But it also holds this wisdom: You've always done the best you could with what you knew at the time..

Sometimes the deepest healing happens not in words, but in presence. It’s in the courage to love without conditions—especially yourself.

What would change if you truly believed you did the best you could?

Your body knows. Listen to what it has to say.

Healing isn’t just about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with every part of yourself: body, mind, and soul....

Healing isn’t just about fixing what’s broken—it’s about reconnecting with every part of yourself: body, mind, and soul.

Our bodies and minds hold onto every experience—both the challenging and the beautiful. The good news? Just as your body-mind remembers pain, it also has a remarkable ability to heal. When we slow down and truly listen to what our bodies are telling us, we open a powerful pathway to recovery and peace.

When we bring all of ourselves into the healing process, we make space for real transformation and lasting calm. If you’re ready to explore your own path to wholeness, I invite you to read my latest blog post—where I share more about the journey of healing and reconnecting with yourself.

Imagine you had just one year to live—would you live your days differently? Would you slow down, say yes to what lights you up, and let go of what drains you? Would your priorities shift, your choices deepen, and the little moments suddenly become the most important ones?

What would truly matter then—and what’s stopping you from living that way now?

What does it mean to “bank” ease and comfort? For me, it’s about collecting those small, peaceful moments—like standing barefoot in the grass—and saving them for when life feels heavy.

Sometimes, my thoughts can trap me in old stories or negativity. But I’ve learned: you don’t have to think your way out of every feeling. Instead, you can act your way into better thinking. When I catch myself spiraling, I step outside, move my body, and let myself feel something different. That’s how I “bank” good feelings.

Every walk, every breath of fresh air, every moment of ease—you can save these up. When things get tough, you’ll know those moments are there, waiting for you to draw on them.

How are you banking ease and comfort today? Share your favorite way to collect small moments of peace below!

𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 "𝐬𝐨 𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞"?

I used to hear that a lot. And I’d think — 𝘕𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦? 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯? 𝘐’𝘮 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭.

But over time, I started to see it.

Negativity isn’t always loud or obvious. Sometimes, it’s like being in a pigsty — at first, the smell is unbearable. But if you stay long enough, you stop noticing it. You get used to it. And then...you get around "regular" people. You still smell, and they look at you funny! You don't know you stink, but others sure still notice it.

I didn’t realize how much negativity I’d absorbed until I got sober and started changing the people I surrounded myself with. Suddenly, it was clear: I stank of negativity.

It took real effort to shift. A long time to even recognize what ws negative :-)

I had to take a long, intentional inner shower.

And these days? I don’t think I stink as much. 😉🧼

Have you ever had one of those moments during which you realized what you'd been soaking in?

Loneliness sometimes feels like a bottomless hole in my gut, a tightening throat, tears that threatened to drown me. I’d crawl out of my skin, desperate to escape the void. But here’s the somatic truth I learned:𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉.

When the emptiness surges, I don’t numb it. I don’t run. I sit. I let the waves crash. I feel the raw edges of absence—the weight in my chest, the tremble in my hands. And in that surrender, something shifts. The void becomes a teacher. The ache? I loved deeply, and that love still lives in my cells.

As Johann Hari writes, loneliness isn’t about physical absence—it’s the longing to share what matters. But here’s the paradox: by fully inhabiting our loneliness, we reclaim connection—to ourselves, to the love that outlasts loss.

Your body knows how to grieve. It knows how to heal. Somatic practice isn’t about fixing—it’s about trusting the wisdom in the tremors, the tears, the quiet after the storm.

Ever notice your shoulders tense up before a big family event?
Or that flutter in your stomach before a meeting?
Maybe your chest tightens just from checking your inbox?
These aren’t just random sensations—they’re your body’s way of communicating with you.

With somatic awareness, you can:
✨ Soothe your triggers
✨ Move through celebrations with confidence
✨ Find calm even in stressful moments

Whenever you tune in and honor your body’s signals, you invite more ease and comfort into your life.

What’s one way your body lets you know it needs support?
