The Steve Carter Education Program provides $1,500 vouchers to families of eligible K-12 public school students for the 2025-26 year. The digital vouchers can be used to purchase high-quality literacy and math tutoring.

We are an approved vendor for grades 6-12. We are waiting for K-5 approval.

We specialize in servicing students with IEP and 504 plans.

Please refer to previous posts about the order in which funds will be disbursed. Approved families must check emails for more information from LDOE.

Steve Carter update:

"This year, the Steve Carter Tutoring Program will launch in two phases:

· Phase 1:

o Begins September 15, 2025

o Includes current active students who previously scored Well Below or Below on the Spring 2025 literacy screener or Unsatisfactory or Approaching Basic on the 2025 ELA/Math LEAP.

o Families will be notified which phase their child will receive services.

· Phase 2:

o Launches in January 2026 (details will be shared soon)

o Includes current active students who previously scored Basic on the 2025 ELA/Math LEAP and additional, but not necessarily all, students on the waitlist."
