Dr. Megan graduated from Parker Chiropractic in Dallas Texas and previously worked at Rise Chiropractic and is Webster Certified through the ICPA (for all your chiropractic pregnancy and pediatric issues) and is able to do all other chiropractic works for any of your needs! But now I stand corrected.

We would like to thank all our patients for your understanding while we switch over software systems. You may be getting multiple texts and reminders about appointments and we are in the process of fixing that system, as well as issues with our check in and out procedures which are taking longer than normal as we learn the new system. Exercise is the most demanding activity the brain encounters.

From a metabolic perspective, exercising places more demands on the brain than reading, writing, or playing chess. Movement unlocks the release of hormones, neurotransmitters, and proteins that affect energy levels, mood, brain function, social engagement, and outlook on life!

So loss of movement can be directly linked with loss of joy, AND VICE VERSUS!
