Join us in welcoming Dr. Laurie Sicard to our staff.
Dr. Sicard studied at Southern College of Optometry and has been practicing in Lafayette since 2010 at Azar Eye Clinic. As an optometrist, she's passionate about providing thorough, compassionate eye care while taking the time to truly listen to each patient's concerns. Whether it's improving your vision, managing eye health conditions, or just answering questions about glasses or contacts, Dr. Sicard is here to help every step of the way. When she's not in the office, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband and three children. She's looking forward to meeting you, and helping you see your best. We are so blessed to have her on our team!!

On Thursday January 23rd, we will plan to open the office at 1:00pm until 5:00pm. We hope the roads will be clear by that time to allow for safe travels for our patients and staff!!

TUESDAY -- JANUARY 21st., AND WEDNESDAY – JANUARY 22nd. THURSDAY’S OFFICE HOURS WILL DEPEND ON ROAD CONDITIONS AND STAFF AVAILABILITY!
Please feel free to check back here for updates as well as contacting the office. If you reach the answering machine during business hours, we have not yet opened. The safety of our patients and our staff is our priority.
